Research Interests

Paleogeography of fusulinid faunas. Reconstruct the distribution of fusulinid faunas in Peri-Gondwana region and its tectonic implications during Carbo-Permian period, especially Early to Middle Permian after the Late Paleozoic Ice Age

Systematic of fusulinids. Identify fusulinid morphospecies on population scale and understand the functional morphology of fusulinid specimens

Carbonate facies analysis. Study shallow marine carbonate petrology and fossil contents to analyze depositional environments
